At Capella Cottage, every wreath is made with genuine care and attention — but if something isn’t right with your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’ll always do our best to help.
If you’d like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at Hello@capellacottage.com to arrange this. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage or postage insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and in the same condition as received. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us a photograph within 14 days of delivery and let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement — we’ll take it from there.
Please note that as all Capella Cottage wreaths are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns on the basis of the natural variations in size, shape, or colour that are inherent to handmade products.
